I placed an order 7 days ago and it still has not shipped, payment has been taken from my CC but the status still shows as in progress, this is pretty poor service even given the current situation. I've tried the contact us button and just get fobbed off, unable to get email screen up, it seems to me that TomTom is dodging and weaving.

I realise they are facing delays, but this order hasn't even been picked or shipped, so on top of the slow action I will have the delay in transport.
