Password reset on TomTom Go fails/can I merge 2 TomTom accounts?
I have an online account for an old TomTom Start 25, which we still use occasionally. This account operates correctly. I have the TomTom Go app on my Android smartphone. These 2 items seem to be linked to different email addresses. I have tried accessing support from my phone, but this seems to require me to log on to the account, which I am unable to do. Then, when asked to reset my password, the password reset facility fails. Is there some way to merge these 2 accounts? or is it unnecessary?
