GPRS connection problems via SIM Card

Hello,
for some time my TomTom Go 5000 by SIM card no longer connects to the network.
There is no error message and I have already reset the device several times - without result.

    Welcome to the community!
    Do you see a GPRS error code under-?
    Settings > System > About

    It should look something like- 23415,0,0,0,10,0 or similar

    Hi,
    sorry, there is no error message. Only the information that the GPRS is not connected.
    I already removed an reinstalled the SIM card (I also cleaned the connectors for the card) but no change.

    Hi @cardicas
    The error code may not appear if the device is connected to a computer.
    Or if you take your device outside the home
    Go to the screen- Settings > System > About
    And send me a picture through a private message.
