Installation of Speed Cameras and Maps - Europe

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!
I bought a 2009 Renault Clio with a navigation device Tom Tom (Carminat) and the previous owner never updated the maps, so before Christmas there was a promotion for Europe Maps and Speed Cameras and I subscribed for a year.
I thought there would be instructions on how to update the maps, but no... I need help,please.
I have the memory card with me and I installed the TomTom Home suggested when I put the memory card on my PC, but I did nothing more.
Can someone give me tips on how to proeceed?

Hello In my opinion, if the previous owner stayed too long without having renewed his subscription to the live service, the Sim card had to be deactivated so no more live service no more radar.
