My built in SIM card keeps losing internet most of the time. I have paid for live services.
Any ideas ?

Yes mate. The update might have had something to do with it which I done recently. I’ve also tried resetting it

    Welcome to the site....
Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ??? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh

Charge the device for at least 2Hrs….
(Preferably using something like a Smartphone Charger using the Tomtom USB lead)
OR have the device plugged into a power supply while the device is restarting
Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles….

With the GO 6200 NOT connected to Wi-Fi or USB...
    Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) → Setting → System → About…
Scroll down to Data Connection & GPRS Status....
    What does the device report...???
Is the GPRS Status... Connected ???
Are the following displaying any Numbers ???
(Do NOT post the numbers here on the site)
    SIM ID
    GPRS Model

    Stay Safe... ATB YFM

I have done all that. Most of the time my GPRS is not connected.
Today when I was using it my traffic was working fine for the first 30mins and then it lost GPRS connection. If I stop and the tomtom goes into sleep for 10 mins my traffic starts working again for a little while.
I’m using the tomtom supplied lead and 12v straight into a cigarette lighter.
