Subscription on my new iPhone 12 max

Hi I have recently bought iPhone 12 max. Although I’ve paid for 1 yr subscription for iPhone 6+ but I can’t use the TomTom go GPS in my new iPhone.
Please advise.. how to resolve it. Thanks

    Sorry for my late reply! Did you manage to resolve this? Please make sure that your phone (iPhone 12) is logged in to the App Store account that was used to purchase the subscription on the old iPhone 6. You can view your current subscriptions in your phone's App Store.
