Lifetime maps (v10.11 unable to update)

Hi there,

I have a Start 25, with free lifetime maps that I bought in Feb 2019. I updated the device software, and have also tried to update the maps today, but I don't have the option in MyDrive to update the maps.

I have visited the TomTom website and logged in with my account but the only option seems to be to purchase a new map.

Could someone advise on how to update the maps?

    Hi @MattyJJ

    Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard can check the TT servers settings to ensure you should get the Lifetime updates if they apply. Look back here to see what they have to say when they are back on the forum.
