    For Tomtom Rider 550, the wrong usb cable was supplied. How do i get tomtom to send the correct cable?

    Welcome to the site....
    (1)... The wiring to the Bike Mount is to a 12 volt supply on the bike....

    (2)... The USB lead (For Updating Rider 5xx etc) is plugged in to the Micro USB port under the rubber bung on the back of the device....
