Cancel subscription on GO Navigation app

I do not wish to pay the upcoming subscription and wish to cancel?
I have tried for the last hour to cancel, but the app doesn't seem to work as
I cannot find the cancel section it just keeps asking me to renew for monthly
increments? I've tried my Tom Tom account and the subscription isn't shown there.
I've tried the app but cannot cancel? Any ideas please?

    Go to Settings in your iPhone > your name > subscriptions and look for TomTom. Here you can end your subscription.

    Tried that all I'm presented with is monthly up to yearly renewal?
    Can I assume that it is NOT an automatic renewal? But you need to manually
    renew each time it expires?

    No, it is an automatic renewal unless you cancel it in time.

    Hello It is Apple that manages the subscription, you have to disable automatic renewal from the account management page of the App Store.
