not syncing with tomtom go 620

in MyDrive Connect
MyDrive Connect android app appears to be not syncing with tomtom go 620 as when i try to send a destination address via the MyDrive Connect app to tomtom go 620, it does not arrive at tomtom go 620.

    factory reset the device
    log in again to mydrive on the device. you can test it as home on a wifi connection.
