TomTom VIA 1500 can't update

can't update through mydrive connect.
everytime stops at 1% n gives tomtom sorry some items weren't updated
have enough storage.

no map can be install, no update can be done, very bad

    Welcome to the site....
    Have you tried clearing the MyDrive Connect cache ???

    With MyDrive Connect running...
    Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
    Click on the Downloads Tab
    Empty download folder
    Save settings
    See if the device updates using the newly downloaded files....

    You say my TomTom VIA 125 1500/1550 BMxxxxxx88? w/32GB that I bought new around 2012 under user name [email protected] (that email no longer exist) because of the LIFE TIME FREE MAPS, which is now no longer supported? It seams I go through this 'not supported' issue every year of so and work my way (via phone) up to tier 3 or 4 and they fix the problem in less than 15 minutes. Now, I can't even find a phone number. I'm a disabled Viet Nam Vet and SS is my only income. I can NOT afford another GPS. I never travel more than 15 miles from home. Can you fix this and just leave it fixed? I can't even get a quick fix to work. Please help. Thank you.

    It says the VIA 1530/1535 (BM) Eol....

    "BM">VIA 1530 / 1535, 4GB + Micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3
    The Eol devices usually only have 2GB of onboard memory ???
    Perhaps @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators will pick this up Tomorrow and check/correct your Tomtom VIA 1530 / 1535
