Can't add my NVA-SD8110 to my TomTom Home account

Hi,

When I try to add my NVA-SD8110 to my TomTom Home account I get the "SAM server returned an unexpected error" message.
I follow the instructions on the help page, but the problem is that when I try to connect to TomTom Home in my car, it doesn't get any connection to the server. Tried with my phone connected via Bluetooth and without, same result...

Anyone got an idea I can try out?

    Which operating system are you using? Do you have the latest version of TomTom HOME installed?

    I'm using Windows 10 64 bit.
    TomTom version 2.21.1.147
