Problem with support of TomTom GO 6000 wi-fi
I have problem with support of tomtom go 6000 wi-fi. The device suddenly stopped working. The computer's attempts to overturn the device with the consultant's help did not help, therefore he submitted a complaint. My application was made on November 23. A month has passed. in the meantime, I was reminded that I am still waiting for the device to be repaired and nothing.The device is still under warranty. Have you had similar problems with the tomtom support that this is how it treats its customers who use their devices?
