How to empty the basket on the TomTom webshop?

I received an email telling me I have a speed camera deal in my basket.

I already bought this deal..please confirm that I bought the deal...the deal was for 33p/month

ALSO I can't figure out how to empty my basket Please provide instructions on how to do this..

ALSO Why can I not get phone support to solve website navigation problems such as connectivity issues and eg how to empty my basket.
