My device Blue&Me stops and starts whilst fitted in the car. It seems it is constantly trying to load. While if connected to Mydrive Connect it works. How can I solve?

A factory reset would be different, the steps are as below-
1. Tap Settings in the Main Menu.
2. Tap Reset factory settings. Confirm that you wish to proceed with the reset.
3. When prompted to select a language, press and hold the On/Off button until the device restarts and you hear the drum sounds. This can take 30 seconds or more.
