When updating my Go 60 it stays on the updating page for hours saying checking, is this normal?xqtzx9ce67lq.jpeg

    did you try disconnecting-reconnecting the device. also could be a firewall or antivirus software problem

    Had the same issue a while back and had to do factory reset and reformat my sd card and seem to remember having to install maps for Israel if you phone tech support they will talk you through it.
