Connection to iPhone and Sena Headset

I have managed to set up my rider perfectly to my iphone 6s. Notification for SMS and calls works fine. However, when I then turn on my Sena 50K headset, all notifications stop., even though MyDrive is still operating on my phone. I notice that the IOS bluetooth settings show two connections to RIDER when it works correctly. however, when my headset connetions, one of the RIDER connections fails. Mydrive then does not show a connected device any longer, and to get the connection going again, i have to delete all connections and start the pairing process again. Can you help please?
