Why do i see 2 bluetooth devices (1 for calling and one other).
When i connect my device with the QR code generated on the premium x satnav, it conects but it losses teh connection afterward. I do not need the telephone connectivity, due to a handsfree set in the car. I only need the service for whats app and sms messaging..So what is the problem here?

I would suggest that you do a factory reset and start with a fresh pairing.
Once you have the phone paired using the MyDrive application you should be able to configure the settings you wish to use.
