I have recently purchased speed camera updates, received confirmation and a receipt but no sign of the download. MyDrive still shows that my cameras are out of date and would I like to purchase an update. Have tried contacting TomTom by email, phone and online through the app but no response. Any ideas please?

I see the service has been allocated to the account. You should see the updates offered in MyDrive Connect.
