I can't turn it of it just reboots, I can hold the on off button, let go after the TomTom word appears and makes the reboot sound. Then I can get the black screen with the white text giving the device details. If I press the on/off button 3 times as suggested on the web site it simply reboots.
Not sure what to do next, my device is only a few weeks old

can be a hardware fault and you can get it replaced under warranty

You could also try the following
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

I cleared history and rebooted before I got the email option.
Thanks for you suggestions, hopefully tomtom can help sort it, the sound of it rebooting is doing my nut in :-(
