My go premium have stop giving voice instruction. Also direct me to enter block road and road work in progress. I had upgrade it when upgrade available just currently and this problem occurs. Anybody have had this experience? Also annoyingly i cannot get in touch with tom tom support chat, only to chat to a computer instead. Very disappointed. Might spread the word how tom tom support is to the public, especially to the people thinking to but a tom tom. Thanks

Do you see this icon when your device is not conneted to WIFI in top of the Routbar
I suspect that then the sim card does not work properly.
If you only saw the bot, you probably weren't logged in to the site.
