the app shuts down while driving, constantly

    how can i stop the app from shutting down all the time while i drive en need the navigation

    Hi @dennisras

    Welcome to the Community! I've not seen this behavior being reported here. Perhaps follow the steps below and let us know how it goes?
    • Quit the app and force reboot the iPhone by holding the Power and Home buttons concurrently until the device reboots itself. Test if the app shows the same behavior.
    • Go to the App Store and see if you have the latest version installed.
    • If yes, delete the App and re-Install to see if it fixes the issue on your iOS device

    From the main menu, can you please go to Settings > System > Your information and make sure Help us learn is enabled? This sends us an anonymised log when the app crashes.

    Also, can you give us the app version, iPhone model and iOS version?
