Cannot get passed agree screen

I have a Go 630 which has been working fine although old. I have successfully backed up and restored the go 630 to try and fix the problem but with no success. I am trying to agree to the usage and the satnav isn't recognising it ? I have also tried pressing and holding the reset button. Any help appreciated!
