Adding a device on TomTom account

Hello
I am trying to add a device in my account and I have the error message:
"We are sorry something has gone wrong. It is currently not possible to add your device to your account. Please try again."
This device was registred in an other account and it was removed from it.
working in a company, on my account, I have already 3 devices registered.
Is there a limit of how many device I can register with one account?
After how many time I can register a device that was registered in an other account?

    Hi @Vikram,
    thank you for help.
    now it appears, but I have another problem, when it is connected my notebook, it always try retreive data from Tomtom servers without connection.
    I have to try it on another computer.
