Can't download maps - servers are busy

Hello, for my TomTom Start 20 devise the downloading with MyDrive Connect 4.2.11.4200 always says that servers are busy.
Is there any way to fix that ? My internet connection is fine, USB cabel is the one provided by vendor.

Have a look at the following Topic.

If that does not work then type Servers Busy in the Search Box at the top of this page and click on the Magnifying Glass and look at the various other posts available .

Thanks, Doug ! I found that log out followed by log in helped for updating my device on Windows 10.
This issue is SOLVED.
