I have a start sixty and even though I have the original cable plugged into the computer windows ten I cannot update the device it says not connected. The cable works fine when in car just not at computer. I previously have had no issues updating
Could you try plugging the USB cable for the Start 60 into your computer after you have got the My Drive Connect Software running and not before you open the software.

Could you try plugging the USB cable for the Start 60 into your computer after you have got the My Drive Connect Software running and not before you open the software.
