GO 510 doesn't recognize by computer
Hi, this gps had London map pre-installed and I was trying to install USA map but my laptop doesn't want to recognize the device, what should I do at this point? Is There any phone number, email address for the tomtom to contact them? The crisis situation is going forever and they don't want to talk to the customers out there, its a big company but customer service isn't pleasant. I tried every possible way to connect to my laptop based on the all forums suggestion and other articles that are available online but none of them worked. I tried with different laptops also but didn't work out. And I am stuck with London maps, I need to install USA map and this is the worst experience ever. I don't know if anyone even response to this question or not.
