I want to update LIVE services of 10 TomTom 5250 pro devices for a couple of truckdrivers of my transportation company in Holland. Update a single device is not possible so I did this the last few years in bulk with the help of TomTom's helpdesk. It's very frustrating the helpdesk is at the moment not more than a terrible robot on the homepage... Is there someone who know's where to find help of a human at TomTom's helpdesk to help me and 10 of my colleagues? Thanks. Greetz, Alex

Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
