Problems connecting my GO 5200 with WiFi

I have two TomTom navigators. A go 50 perfectly connected to my Windows 10 computer and a go 5200 WiFi which is not recognized by the PC.

    Hi @Kadauk

    Welcome to the community!
    All the updates for the device should happen over the WiFi internet connection. You should still be able to use MyDrive Connect but that will only serve as an alternative internet connection source. All the update functions will still have to be performed on the device itself.
