Nothing happening - but money taken - wanted to update card but cannot open card

I paid for a map - never received anything and now find out I cannot update the card because its in a Mitsubishi vehicle

I reviewed your TomTom account; I don't see a device linked to your account.
Also, the map you purchased has not been allocated.
I would suggest that you contact the customer service with the order number and the device serial number. They will review the status and help you sort out the issue.
