Tap Sign in Top Right and log in with your account. You must do this
Tap Contact Us Bottom Right ( after you have signed in)
Help Box appears
Wait a few seconds and Get in Touch appears in the Help Box in Red
Tap Get In Touch
Tap Chat
Chat is busy so may take a few trys to get a contact and if Chat is not available it will say it is closed and display the working hours when it should be available.
