No internet connection on MyDrive Connect
TomTom, FIX this horrible program. When I finally do have 'connection' te tomtom connection gets lost every few seconds. So I cannot update my device. And as I rent this out, I have 9 devices. I'm gonna sell them all and start renting out Garmin's. What a terrible product you make.
Does anybody have an email so I can contact TomTom directly?

If you tell us more about the PC you are using and the errors you are seeing we may be able to sort the issue out for you.
For example if you are seeing Servers Busy that is usually a software issue and there are some simple steps you can take to sort that . Also some PC's have issues because of the USB power settings
