Update my PRO 5150 using MyDrive Connect

Hello,i have a tomtom 5150 pro that is having a software problem,when i conect it to MYDRIVECONECT the computer recognizes the device but just says"resetting your equipment,please wait"and it doesn t go ahead.it doesn t download software....can you help please? thanks
