Hi @Dj_Eddie1234
Tap Menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device.
Firstly go to the Tomtom MyDrive Website and log into your account. Once there check that your GO units MyPlaces, My Routes and any 3rdParty POI files you have added to the unit are listed there. If they are then when you complete the Setup of the unit after the Reset when it logs into your account it will restore the data back onto the GO unit. If the data is not there then it will be lost from the GO Unit.

Hi @Dj_Eddie1234
Welcome to the community!
The issue could be related to a temporary software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.
To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
See user guide
