Won't turn back on

My TomTom go professional 6250 won't turn on. I turned it off once reached the destination and now it won't turn back on again. I tried charging it for over 3 hours and still nothing. Unable to contact TomTom customer services and the device is only 2 months old

    Welcome to the Community! Can you make a soft reset (Press down the on/off button for 30 seconds until it makes a drum sound) on your device by plugging it into the wall charger and see if it wakes up?

    I have same problem only 3 months old . Did you get it sorted ?

    If when you connect your USB cable to an Apple iPhone or similar Phones mains phone charger and after charging for circa 2 hours it still does not start then contact Customer Support for advice/ Repair.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
