Hi,
I have lost voice control on my 5100 after a recent update and although I have read that I now need digital rather than recorded UK voices, I cannot find them listed anywhere for download.
Can anyone please help?

Hi @nickell
Sorry about the mix-up but Malcolm is not compatible with your device but only WiFi devices. I guess you're all sorted now.

Hi YamFazMan and Lampard,
Thank you both for your help, Serena is now listed for downloading but not Malcolm. What's more, Serena cannot be installed anyway because the map takes all the available memory and my 8GB SD card is not recognised.
Surely, this process should be easier than this!

Update!
After restarting both the 5100 device and MyDrive Connect on the PC, the SD card became visible and I was at long last able to install Serena. Still no Malcolm though, despite looking all the way down the non-alphabetical list!
Best wishes,
