Rider 550 not showing radars service

Hi,
I have a ridr 550 since one year and it was working fine. However after an update of the map failed, I had to re-download the Europe map and since then, the radar service is not showing up anymore although it is activated...
Does someone else had a similar issue and know how to solve it ?

Firstly try a Soft Reset as this video.

If that does not work then a Factory Reset as follows
Tao Menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device,
Before doing the Factory Reset go to the Tomtom My Drive Website and log into your account and check that all your My Places, Routes and any POI files you have on the 550 are listed there. If they are then after the Factory Reset they should be restored back onto the unit when it logs into the account.
The Factory Reset will not change the current Map and Operating Software versions on the unit.
