No live traffic on the 6250 model

This is really wearing me out, nothing for the last 6 weeks and today it couldnt even route me around the M4 CLOSURES at J7 J8 J9 J10 it caused a 40 mile detour which i really didnt or shouldnt have needed, come on Tom get your act together, like many others we brought the item with LIVE Traffic and paid good money for it.
I have been an avid tom tom customer since the launch purchased many items, but i feel quite unhappy at how your treating us, i had no updates for a few weeks then had a required update which i had hoped was the traffic fix, but no.
Please realise our working day is hard enough as it is, please dont make things worse, make them better.

I've made some changes in the back-end on your device and to apply these changes, I would advise you to make a factory reset on your device by following the steps below:- Select the Main Menu button in Map View or Guidance View to show the Main Menu.
- Scroll to the right of the screen and select the Settings button.
- Scroll to the right of this menu and select System.
- In the System menu, select Reset. Select Reset again to confirm.
- A warning screen appears to confirm the deletion of your saved places and settings. Select Reset to confirm.

Open the Tomtom My Drive website and log into your Tomtom account. If your unit has been working correctly all your My Places, Routes created in My Drive and synced to your unit and any 3rd Party POI files you have added should be listed there. If they are then when you do the Factory Reset then when the unit logs into your My Drive account it will restore the My Places etc back onto the unit.
If they are not listed in your account them you kneed to sort that out as otherwise you will lose the my palaces etc on your unit.

Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard could look at the settings fo ryorui unit on he tt servers to see if they need adjustment to enable Traffic etc. Look back here tomorrow to see what they have to say.
