Transfer account from android to ios

Hi,
Just wondering. I have now a year subscription on an android phone. But if I decide to buy an Apple phone can I transfer my account to the ios account? Or can you do it intern? Is this possible? For the record I don't want to use it on both phones,so really transfer the account and it's just an informative question. It may help my decision for my next phone😉

A few days ago a user in the German forum overwrote the license from Android to iOS with the help of support.
