Rider 400 is not starting up

My Rider 400 rider is not starting up.
When I try to start it up, I got a picture that my TomTom is not connected to a PC.
I have installed the latest software, I have re-installed the MyDrive software, but it didn´t solve my problem.

Who can help me?

    Connect the Rider to your PC using the original cable with MyDrive Connect open on the PC and perform the recovery mode steps in this video.

    I have recovered the device according above video.
    Everything works fine but when I restart the device I get the picture again that the device is not connected to the PC.

    Welcome to the site....

    It looks like Recovery Mode has already initialized on your device....
    See Tomtom FAQ... Navigation device not starting or displaying a cross... I think the device is somewhere between bullet-point (7) & (8) Check in the link below....

    When the device is in Recovery Mode... The device MUST be connected to your PC using the supplied USB Cable, have MyDrive Connect running in the background on your PC, and be capable displaying as CONNECTED for the Recovery process to complete....

    Once Recovery Mode is initiated, and if a connection to MyDrive Connect has NOT established....
    Recovery Mode will continue to attempt to connect to MDC until the Server eventually times-out
    Any attempts at a Restart... The device, will continue to display a Splash screen with image of a PC and a Red Cross or a Screen displaying a spinning disc, until Recovery mode can establish a connection to MyDrive Connect or the Server eventually times-out....

    Tip... DO NOT have your Tomtom device connected to your PC while installing MyDrive Connect... It can cause problems with the USB Drivers....

    Hi YamFazMan,
    The system recovery process, stays in a loop.

    It starts the My Drive system recovery, after completion TomTom restarts and after a while showing the symbol "PC not connected with TomTom, it start the My Drive system recovery, TomTom restarts , etc

    I think you need to Contact Tomtom Support... They may be able to do something on the server side of the process ???
