TomTom Sports is not seeing my watch (Spark3)

For the last 2 months the activities on my watch have not been syncing with TomTom Sports on my PC.
I can see the watch and files in windows explorer so I know it's connected but the web site is doing nothing.
Any ideas?

    Thanks tfarabaugh. It was point 6. I hadn't noticed my latest subscription to Trend had blocked access to Sports Connect. Reinstalling it fixed the problem.
