Connected device to pc via My Drive Connect for a map update, but it wasn't recognized by the pc. The app said it was updated, but the maps are still 7 yrs old. Switched usb cords, but still no go. Then I realized it wasn't getting a valid gps signal due to satellite changes. TomTom says I'm entitled to a "free" fix for that (just like the "free" maps), but the only thing I keep getting directed to on the app is 30% off a new unit, I've hardly used this one & now I have to buy a new one....Has anyone else had this problem?
