Speed camera update on START 52

Have paid for a speed camera update and it is not showing to update on my device. Help

I asked my 2nd Line team to review the update logs for your TomTom START 52 device.
It seems like the device already has the latest updates installed for UK and ROI.
The updates for speed cameras are released twice every week- Tuesday and Thursday.
I would suggest that you do a soft reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect-

Hi there!
I am having a similar problem - my speed camera subscription expired, so I bought the new monthly payment one. However, on both my device and on MyDrive Connect, it is showing my subscription is expired, despite having emails confirming my purchase of the subscription and I cannot update, any help?0 -
I have tried this but still no update received - Please advise further0

If you recently placed an order through our webshop, then the service has not been allocated to your TomTom account yet.
My advice would be to get in touch with our customer service team along with the order number to help you sort this out.
