Have paid for a speed camera update and it is not showing to update on my device. Help

    Hi there!


    I am having a similar problem - my speed camera subscription expired, so I bought the new monthly payment one. However, on both my device and on MyDrive Connect, it is showing my subscription is expired, despite having emails confirming my purchase of the subscription and I cannot update, any help?

    If you recently placed an order through our webshop, then the service has not been allocated to your TomTom account yet.
    My advice would be to get in touch with our customer service team along with the order number to help you sort this out.
