Return a Dashboard mount

I recently purchased from TomTom a dashboard mount. I would like to return this item, how do I get in touch with the right people to arrange this.

Tap Sign in and log in with the same account as you are using to get on forum. You need to do this.
Tap Contact us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a little while a box appears lower down with Het in Touch
Tap Get in Touch
Tap Chat.
It is busy so may take a few goes to get Chat connection.
