I've been trying to update with My Drive Connet for more than a month and it's not possible
For "Busy Servers" message, it is a recurring problem with the NAV3 (TomTom 3rd generation devices like your device)
Look at this link, this is what I do with my own Start 25.
The 2nd part of the message, you delete the two MyDrive Connect (MDC) hidden files and untick the two options, follow the steps.
