'No Maps Found' on the VIA 135 device

I realize that I have the same issue like a lot more
there is no Map Update in MyDrive Connect
only "Your device is fully updated" although on the device screen is the message "No Maps Can Be Found" inside red frame
I tried all the suggestions :
- deleting the log
- Hard reset to the Tomtom
- deleting folder HOME3
- Installing MyDrive Connect on different PC
Is there something more that I can do?
