My Go 620 says traffic expired

TomTom 620 says traffic is expired but it has lifetime traffic and there is no answer to unexpiring it

Welcome to the Community! I've fixed the subscriptions on your GO 620 device linked to your email address. Please check for the updates for maps when connected to the WiFi.
Once you update the maps, make a factory reset on your device and it'll activate the traffic services on your device after you connect it to the smartphone.

Thank you so much for such a fantastic service. I was getting near a meltdown trying to get this to work and asking the experts fixed it quickly and it now works great. Compared it to google on my phone yesterday and it was every bit as good as finding the best route and avoiding traffic. Am so happy now
