Live services does not work

Hi my 1005 go has lost it's services. This happens every so often and usually I have to click on a link the support team send me and download something to it. There is a line through the connection signal indicator indicating it's not connecting to services.
Under settings/network the MCC, SIM ID, IMEI & Model are all blank.
I have done a full reset - no difference.
Please help, chatbot is useless, live chat non existent - hopeless customer support so far. Bring back the phone help !
