No speed cameras after last update on my tomtom START 60 Navi

After the last update from 14.Nov. 2020 there are no speed cameras showing on my Navi START 60.
In the device are all speed camera options are switched on.
What has happened ? Please help me !!

Tomtom have changed the speed cameras such that if you do not have a current Camera subscription running they will not be displayed on your device.

This is not legal and doesn't fullfill the sales contract.
