Hi,
So I remove my SD card now and then to add music to it (problem connecting phone to Mac with USB-C so it's the only way).
Every time I remove my SD card and start up TomTom, I have to log in again and then it tells me to download the UK Central map again. So every time I have to redownload gigabytes of maps around Europe.
The maps aren't stored on the SD card as far as I know, so why is this happening?? It's very annoying..
Version 2.3.3 of the app, Android 10, Samsung Galaxy S20 5G

Hi,
So if sdcard is removed can you use TT app or not?
When you go to app info in system settings what it states under Storage? If it is sdcard you can move it to internal storage, if it is already internal storage then I recommend:
1. uninstall app with SD card added.
2. remove SD card
3. install app and download maps
4. add SD card
Hope that helps6

Yeah, it seems to be ok if I install maps without SD card in. Thanks!0
